Possibly the best residential development in Calpe (Apolo XVI). It is located on the 14th floor with a very spacious terrace and breathtaking views of the Peñón de Ifach and Fossa Beach, with fine sand (50 m from the apartment). The development features a large pool with a waterfall area and a beach.
Ideal for families with children and large families (travel crib + 2 high chairs available): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a spacious terrace. The bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and, therefore, sea views. Free parking space in the development's parking lot.
The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has hot/cold air conditioning (new installation) as well as two heaters and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a Bluetooth-enabled stereo system, and a 40" Smart TV, along with a wide variety of board games. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer. In the kitchen, you'll find a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, kettle, spacious refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, complete cutlery, pans, and everything else necessary for use: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, teas, cocoa, spices, napkins, paper towels, detergent, fabric softener, and more.

Me gustó todo del apartamento, está super equipado, tiene de todo desde detergente para la lavadora, jabón y gel de ducha, fairy, sillas para la playa, juegos de mes, etc ahh! Y la bebida fresquita y los chocolates de bienvenida, un detallazo! lo únisee more

Y la bebida fresquita y los chocolates de bienvenida, un detallazo! lo único que faltaba para completar la experiencia es que César pusiera unas fotos nuestras en los cuadros del salón 🤣 porque de verdad ha sido como estar en casa. La zona donde se encuentra está genial, super tranquila, la playa con el agua cristalina a 5 minutos del apartamento, el Mercadona y Lidl a otros 5 en coche…los vecinos de la urbanización son majísimos y las vistas del apartamento son…TOP! Además la terraza es gigante! Por último la plaza de garage también está muy bien, nosotros llevamos un sub y entró perfecto. También tuvimos suerte porque durante la semana no aparcó nadie a nuestro lado. Lo dicho…nos vemos el año que viene y gracias César por tu atención y amabilidad tras realizar la reserva, como durante la estancia!!

La casa es muy cómoda tanto por sus instalaciones como por su ubicación, tiene 2 líneas de bus en la puerta. El parking es un lujo en los meses de verano. Las vistas que deciros espectaculares como se anuncia. Me daba miedo que el sol no permitiera disfrutar de la terraza hasta por la tarde, pero no es así, tiene unos toldos que te permite estar en la terraza todo el día. Me encantó la cantidad de detalles que te hacen más fácil la estancia y el viaje, ya que no hace falta cargar el maletero con la sombrilla y sillas de playa, las hay en la casa y en perfecto estado. Tampoco hace falta estar comprando jabón para el cuerpo, bajilla o ropa, también lo tiene la casa. Y muchas cosas más, que lo detallan en la descripción. Todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. El anfitrión de 10, muy atento antes, durante y después de la estancia. Si cuidamos de la casa, los que la utilizamos, podremos disfrutar de ella por mucho tiempo. Y que deciros de Calpe, la playa de arena, no cubre enseguida, agua clara y no está muy fría. Con todo tipo de servicios y se pueden hacer excursiones allí y alrededores. Seguro que volveremos y la recomendaremos.

Besides the terrace, the flat really has everything you need - the kitchen is well equipped (which was great for us as we were travelling with a small child), it has beach chairs and even some beach toys for the kids, a trolley for shopping, and many small details like that. It is so comfortable for travelling with a familya group of friends - we will definitely come back here again!
